Helping to make Bavaria barrier-free!

We were committed to barrier-free access long before we refurbished our store.

Besides wheelchair-accessible entrances and an extra-low counter, one sales counter also contains an induction loop (inductive hearing aid). This allows customers with hearing impairments to receive discreet consultation without mishearing anything.

This equipment makes us a showcase project in Bavaria for barrier-free access. In 2017, the head of the Bavarian Ministry for Social Affairs, Michael Höhenberger, awarded us the ‘Bayern barrierefrei’ (barrier-free Bavaria) signet for our efforts.
